The Order Process: When you place an order, a specialty roaster begins preparing your coffee. After it’s roasted, it ships within 48 hours via USPS Ground Advantage. We’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow every step along the way. The Coffees: With each delivery, your Trade coffee subscription sends a different coffee based on your preferences. Want to swap to a specific coffee or repeat a previous delivery? You can do that anytime in your subscription dashboard. Frequency: To start, each Trade subscription is designed to deliver the perfect amount of coffee for one month of brewing. If you’d like to change your delivery schedule, you can adjust it in your subscription dashboard.

Trade offers two types of subscriptions: Themed Subscriptions and Custom Subscriptions. Themed Subscriptions are curated around specific coffee styles, like “Single Origin Subscription” or “Cold Coffee Subscription.” Just choose the style you want, and we’ll work with specialty roasters across the USA to deliver a rotating selection of fresh coffee. Custom Subscriptions are more personalized. Take a short quiz to tell us what you’re into, and we’ll tailor your deliveries to match your preferences.

Of course—there’s no commitment with a Trade coffee subscription. You can pause anytime or adjust your next order date right from your subscription dashboard.

Just reach out to our Customer Experience team within one week of receiving your first order, and we’ll make it right.
