Each Vellabox includes one seasonally inspired, natural wax candle + a surprise gift ($10+ value) to go with a new box theme every month. Our team tests candles from across the US & selects a new small batch artisan to feature every month. We select a few of their best seasonally-appropriate scents & you will receive the one that aligns best with your scent preferences.
Can I pause, skip or cancel my monthly Vellabox shipments?
If you are on a billed monthly plan with no commitment period, you can pause or cancel your subscription at anytime in your account.
How do I get the longest life out of my candle?
Maximizing your candle’s life starts with proper care! Begin by snipping the wick to a 1/4” length before each lighting for a smooth, even burn. Always allow the wax to melt fully to the jar’s edges (taking a bit longer on the initial burn). Limit each burning session to 4 hours to prevent wick issues and oversized flames. Use a candle snuffer to put out your candle, reducing jar soot and wax debris. For candles with lids, place the lid on between uses or for storage, ensuring a dust-free wax and preserving the fragrance!
When do boxes ship?
Monthly subscriptions ship through the second week of the month. US subscriptions typically take 3-8 business days to deliver & Canadian subscriptions typically take 5-10 business days to deliver
